Changes & Cancellations

COURSE CHANGES:

You are welcome to move your course dates, subject to the notice periods below. 

For individual bookings, change requests are required at least 21 days prior to your scheduled course start date. Any change requests made within 21 days of scheduled course start dates will be made on a case-by-case basis and change fees may apply.

For group bookings, change requests are required at least 30 days prior to your scheduled course start date. Any change requests made within 30 days of scheduled course start dates will be made on a case-by-case basis and change fees may apply.  

All requests for changing course dates must be received in writing by email at learn@highadventure.com.au.

COURSE CANCELLATIONS:

We are a small business, so cancellations can have a big impact on us, especially if we have closed courses and turned away potential students for people who book and then cancel.  

Cancellation terms if you paid a 50% deposit: 

  • If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your course start date, you will receive a full refund. 
  • If you cancel within 15 - 30 days of your course start date, you will receive a refund of 50% of your deposit (I.e. 25% of the course fee). 
  • If you cancel within 14 days of your course start date, you forfeit your deposit. 
  • If you do not cancel, but you fail to attend the course without notification, a ‘no-show’ charge of 50% of the course fee will apply (i.e. you will be required to pay the remaining 50% course fee). 

Cancellation terms if you paid in full: 

  • If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your course start date, you will receive a full refund. 
  • If you cancel within 15 - 30 days of your course start date, you will receive a 75% refund. 
  • If you cancel within 14 days of your course start date, you will receive a 50% refund. 
  • If you do not cancel, but you fail to attend the course without notification, you forfeit 100% of your course fee (you will not receive a refund).
