Hi Lee, you beat me to it!
Was about to send you a message to say thank you for organising a wonderful holiday.
Everything worked out perfectly. The weather, the flying, the company, the great resort and the lessons learned all exceeded my expectations. Sheryl, my non flying partner, had a great time as well.
Looking forward to seeing you and your team again, soon.
Be sure to pass on our thanks to Chris, KK and Madison for the assistance and entertainment.

Got back from Bali this morning. I was a student on the course.
Had an absolutely fantastic time and cant say enough about the direction and support from all the instructors and other pilots there in Bali.
We had a couple some time on hold due to strong winds and some time waiting for it to come on but we were kept busy nonetheless.
I met some fantastic people there and have forged some great friendships and did some damage to the Bintang reserves. I couldnt ask for anything more. Hope I'm there carving it up next year.
Looking forward to swapping pics and video with you guys.
Contor Kecil Chris.........send me your email Tera Mekasi.

Hi Lee,
I was in Bali the other week when your group was there.
I wasn't part of it but knew a lot of the guys from back home.
As a safety precaution i was on the same channel as yr group.
I wanted to comment on the quality of the instructors there guiding yr group.
Over hearing there instructions to new students and rookie pilots i was impressed with the way they conveyed their instruction; calm, concise, direct, clear and caring.
On top of all that watching them at the end of the day sharing a beer and a laugh with the adrenalin filled rookies.
You're fortunate to have them.

Hi Lee
Ive got almost 10 hours under the trangoXCand am more than happy with it. It is a totally different world than my Artik. Been lucky with the weather up till now and got to test it out in a lot of different conditions and pull a few collapses which were a lot more tame than I expected. My first flight was in climbs over 5m/s and I felt confident under the wing from the start which was surprising as I thought it would take me a bit to get used to it. The only problem Ive had so far is landing as I keep miss judging the glide and running out of paddock. Ill post a review on your forum soon.
Thanks for a great wing

Thank you too, you've been by far the most professional and reliable paragliding buisness to deal with, makes me wish I had havedone the beginners courseup there. Like ImentionedbeforeI still need a bit of equipment (egreserve),so I'll definately be back in contact.
Hi Lee
Thank you for putting me back on track and showing me the video of your Professional, well maintained training hills and facilities. Im sorry I started at another location but anyhow you learn. I will be signing up for your course in August.

Hi All
A few people have asked about my course...
The most amazing thing I've done in my life... a 9 day course... by day
four you are alone, under radio guidance, soaring above the north NSW
coast at over 2000' ... terrifying, exhilarating, surreal, sublime all
at the one time.
And a fantastic experience for all, I think, to be totally out of your depth, under the guidance of someone else...amazing
(and no, this is not a paid
advertorial :)
Let me know if you'd like more details.
Cheers,

Hi Lee
I am Gary's brother-in-law and just completed the two day introductory course last weekend.
It was a fabulous weekend and Chris, Even and Dave were great instructors. I had so much fun that I tried to change my working schedule so I could stay for the remainder of the week but unfortunately I had too many appointments to move.
I am interested in getting back to North haven and possibly the Bali trip later in the year.
Thanks for the service so far - it was awesome - an please pass my thanks to Chris as he made it a great weekend.

Hi all
I have a story of incredible customer support and product support. For those that know me they will know that I have had a series of issues with my paramotor and it has been going on for about 18 months. I bought a new parajet from Lee Scott of High Adventure Paragliding. Although Lee Scott and team at Parajet repaired the motor or replace parts where necessary, the paramotor that I had was sapping my will to continue in the sport. Lee contacted Parajet, articulated my plight, and it was resolved to swap the parajet I have with a completely new unit.
I cant explain adequately just how impressed I am with Lee Scott and Parajet. In my opinion it is more than worth it to buy from a distributor who is prepared to back the products they sell as well as someone who is prepared to go back to manufacturers to argue your case when issues arise. It is equally impressive and reassuring that the manufacturer will stand so steadfastly behind their product and is prepared to back their distributors in resolving issues. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to Lee Scott. His after sales support is nothing short of remarkable. Regardless of what issues Ive had with parajet, there is a great deal of comfort in knowing that Parajet will back their product to the hilt and will not leave you in the lurch when things dont go as planned. I would like to publically thank Lee Scott for his amazing customer service and thank Jim and the team at Parajet for the stead fast support of their paramotor and understanding.
Cheers

Great flying in Laurieton on the Mid North Coast this past week. Always a warm welcome by Lee Scott at High Adventure. It is a great help in the mornings to get his local knowledge and tips for the day on where the best flying conditions will be to maximise your flights. I managed to fly 5 different sites both coastal and inland, with one epic day from Middle Brother mountain enabling us to fly up close to Port Macquarie. Any experienced XC pilots knowing the area would have made excellent distance with the clouds streeting all the way with base at over 6000ft. Flew with a group of Japanese pilots from Middle Brother SW launch many of who flew their personal best XC flights up towards Port Macquarie. I personally made it easily to land on the beach at Lake Cathie (pronounced by the locals as Cateye) for an easy retrieval. For those that have not been before or not been up there for a while you will notice that the National parks have done a great job of improving the launch at the SW Middle Brother launch. When holiday time is short and weather unpredictable Laurieton has always been a favourite flying spot of mine as there are so many flying options within a short distance and plenty of places to stay. Including Pilot accommodation at High Adventure. There is also plenty to do if there is a non flying day. Highly recommended. Have fun and safe flying

My recent nine day course followed a free weekend try-out. In both cases the staff of High Adventure did their utmost to ensure safety and enjoyment for all participants. The accommodation provided is convenient and comfortable.
We, the students, were given all consideration for any memory lapses if failing to follow instructors advice (and of course this happen to me frequently). I found that after about seven days things started to gel and the confusion of all those strings going to the wing became an organized set of risers and lines, un-snagged and neatly in the right place. The instructors patience and repeated corrections had paid off!
Safety was the paramount objective of the Chief Pilot and Instructor. At every site we attended (and there were many), before telling us to set up our equipment, he looked at the site features, including ground and wind as well as any weather changes which may have been brewing. If for some reason the site was not suitable, we all bundled back into the Delica 4WD and went off, to another site where the conditions were suitable for beginners. Otherwise we returned to home base for groundhandling or theory.
I give Lee and all of his part time instructors a big tick in all areas:
a. Ensuring that motivation was kept high, by keeping us safely within the limits of our developing skills and showing us through the initial tandem flight what joy can be experienced in this sport.
b. By showing us the practical aspects of flying from many different sites on the ocean headlands and the hills and peaks further inland.
c. By developing our knowledge of the theory of flying paragliders in a logical and progressive manner.
By the way, I am now on my way towards my 73rd birthday. It shows what you can do if you try, (and have the right help).
I will be going back to HighAdventure to improve and enjoy more of the Laureton air.

Hi Lee,
I just wanted to say thank you for a truly fantastic 9 days paragliding. I didn't get a chance to thank you in person before we left on Sunday.
I could not be happier with the outcome of the course, and I know I definitely want to pursue paragliding. I'm in the process of glider shopping, and I'm sure you'll be seeing more of me and Tom in the near future.
The time spent there was so rewarding, and now all I can think about is flying again. You are a very good paragliding teacher, and I'm very happy I chose to learn with High Adventure.
Many thanks again, to you, and to all the High Adventure team!!
until the next flight,

Hi Lee,
Just had an opportunity to try my new wing yesterday in a lovely wintery 9-10kn NE at Long Reef. May I say how easy it was to kite, no tendency to overshoot whatsoever, very stable and responsive in the air, feeling ‘heavy’ in the wing but without sinking, and flying higher than everyone else scratching the hill with their 1/2 wings. Thanks for the advice this is a great wing and a huge improvement over the old one…. Hope you are having a lovely time in Bali, wish I was there, hopefully next year…
Cheers,
Georges

Hi Lee,
I firstly wanted to thank you (and also Chris and Dave) for an absolutely fantastic weekend we had on the 11th and 12th. Obviously the weather on Saturday helped but also the great bunch of people made it a great experience.
Annette was delighted with the tandem flights with Chris and the very slight breeze on Sunday and her 2 seconds in the air have whetted her appetite and she says maybe next year in Bali she might take a course.
As for me I am super keen and cant wait to get to Bali so I can get in the air again.
I think I have everything organized:

Hi Lee,
Just wanted to thank you for holding the free 2-day introduction course to gliding. My main concern about taking the introduction course was that I would overly enjoy it and hence need to find money somewhere to go on the long course.
I thoroughly enjoyed myself and one day I hope to get enough funds together to learn to fly & then fly with my dad and your guys off big brother and Bonny's etc.
Many thanks to you all for the opportunity!

By the way Lee,
Thought you might like to know that you are turning out some good novice pilots. It has been noted down here that Leigh and I have been taught well. Yesterday I was told that I put other novice pilots to shame -and I have seen a couple of dodgy ones who couldn't even get off the ground. So there's a feather in your cap!

Should all go well for me and paragliding, one of my local fly zones would be Flinders about 1 1/2 hours from Melbourne CBD but only 25 minutes from my home in Frankston.
.
Two weekends ago I watched them flying there on a S.E. wind. It's a novice rated launch site but has alot going for it.
I talked to 5 different pilots and 4 of them had all done their course with you. You probably know them. Also an Asian guy who got his licence with you last December. Couple of others but don't know their names etc.

I would like to enrol in the next available course -
What I need is a place I can easily return to finish the training I started at a another location. I like the idea of getting lots of coastal training and not having to go straight from the beginner's slope to the top of a mountain, which was no fun.
I live only a few minutes walk from a good flying site in Sydney, so I am looking forward to doing lots of flying there.
Could I have a dvd, please.
Is there anything else I need to know (I already know that flying is great).

Thanks for organising the free intro to paramotoring on the Australia Day weekend. Had a great time both with the motor and free flying. Yours and Dave's efforts are greatly appreciated. Who could have asked for better flying weather? I heard a number of people say they got 5-8 hours flying in, what a change from the crappy flying weather at home.
