Location Located a mere 3 and half hours drive North from Sydney on the Pacific Highway to Laurieton, we are found on the scenic and pristine Holiday coast of NSW, only 20 minutes south of Port Macquarie. We are located in a unique area in which has been described in the Australian Paragliding news as "Pilots Paradise", with lots of good accommodation options nearby and our flying and training sites are the envy of others. You can travel easily to our area by either plane, train or bus, we are located in a major tourist destination.
Course Summary
Your initial introduction to learning Paragliding at High Adventure is normally by tandem instruction, like such found in Skydiving and we use this tandem tuition in the first day or two. This Technique has proven to accellerate the learning and allows the student to progress quicker through the training with less risk.
We have no more than 8 students in each class, this will ensure plenty of flights for each student, as you wont be sharing equipment and we have a 3 student per instructor ratio and currently have 4 instructors. As we offer live in courses staying at our beach house, you will gain more knowledge and be in an environment of other like minded people that are pursuing the dream of Paragliding and Paramotoring
