These Terms and Conditions apply to all of our courses and Tandem Flights — please read carefully before enrolling, ordering and paying.

* Prices are subject to change without notice and no cash refunds are given on our courses, vouchers or deposits.

* All Products purchased through High Adventure will be given warranties

* If you have uncompleted days of training, and you need more days to complete a license course etc .. you need to complete the extra credited days within 60 days of commencement of your initial course, otherwise charges will apply to complete. Under special circumstances thsi can be extended but must be organised at end of your course

* Courses booked need initially a $200 deposit to secure your spot as our courses book nearly all year round

* Our accommodation needs to be booked and paid in Advance, no refunds

* As an activity like Paragliding involves some inherint risk, Safety is our main concern and we rely on good weather conditions for safe progression of individuals in their training. Instructors decision to fly or not is final. A waiver form must be signed prior to any course or flight. We suggest to anyone that they should seek insurance cover for themselves. Travel cover offers insurance for Paragliding and is inexpensive from any travel agent

* Training of paragliders are weather-dependent. If an activity is cancelled due to bad weather, you will be credited to complete that activity at another arranged date.

* All Prices Quoted are GST-Inclusive. Products exported to international clients are GST-exempt.

* For Discounts and Discounted amounts, all amounts due must be paid in advance a minimum of 7 days before the course to qualify for the discount.

* Credit card payments will incur a fee of  1.5%.

* For insurance info, Email Us Now! Our courses do not cover any accident insurance, we recommend travellers insurance it covers Paragliding. Real Insurance offers  accident insurance

* To be issued an HGFA International License after your course, you need to become a full or short term member of the Hanggliding Federation of Australia which gives you $10,000,000 public liability insurance. You need this cover to legally fly in Australia. The cost for this is currently $110.

*  To Fly Paragliders or to do Tandem flights you need just a basic fitness level as such to driving a car.

*  Minimum age to fly is 16 years, maximum weight of students is 150 kilos for Paragliders

* We have the right to refuse to teach anyone, if  we deem to be offensive to other students or instructors and or are suspected of being under the influence of Alcohol or any other forms of Illegal substances. NO refund will be given to those as indicated by the above
